eHome America, an Online Homebuyer Education Service:
Welcome to the NeighborWorks® Homebuyer Education program, "Realizing The American Dream." This program is your official online source for homebuyer education. eHome America features a series of modules, each with a combination of videos and text geared toward the adult learner.
Upon completion of this program, you will:
- Obtain an official Certificate of Homebuyer Education to present to your lender
- Become educated about the homebuying process and homeownership responsibilities
This program is designed for people that:
- Are obtaining a USDA home loan
- Have been asked by their lender to take a homebuyer education course
- Are working with a local housing counselor
- Want to be better prepared for purchasing a home
The course takes approximately eight hours to complete and costs $49. However, the Ohio NeighborWorks organizations are offering
